OUR CURRICULUM
Mantis Kungfu Academy provides a traditional Chinese martial arts program that promotes health and well-being. Students will gain an understanding of the physical, mental, spiritual and cultural aspects of traditional Chinese martial arts.
THE STUDENTS
Our students learn Discipline, Respect, Confidence and Self-Defense and gain physical fitness while having fun, creating friendships and learning life skills that will serve them for the rest of their lives. Our students believe in bringing out the best in themselves and in others.
